Kerry Patrick Clark will paint his songs and stories for The Bixler 108
The Bixler venue is a recently restored storefront/commercial building in the Unionville, Missouri downtown historic district, which consists of the courthouse square and all of the commercial buildings that surround the square, almost all of which are on the National Register of Historic Places. Unionville is the County Seat of Putnam County which is located in the rolling green hills of rural North Missouri. We are committed to preserving our history and our historic buildings, but to do that we have to diversify our local economy and we think that music is one of the keys to making Unionville a destination for musicians and music lovers of all types. The Bixler is a family friendly space that is used as an events venue and easily accommodates an audience of up to 80. While we have a strong tradition with country music (the Putnam County Fair, one of the two biggest county fairs in the state and Rhonda Vincent and her family's bluegrass music)we are committed to providing the community with a much wider musical experience.
